As NRI Doctor To Give Back My Contributions To My Village

INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION

Dr.Rameshnath returned from UK, after giving up his career as a doctor and returned to serve his Motherland. As the first step he adopted his Village Gannevari Palli, Tadipatri (Mandal), Anantapur District in Andhra Pradesh and extends his services sincerely, committed to improve the social parameters.

• Tree plantation drives
• Built the road with the support of local leaders
• Constructed an R.O plant by enlisting the support of Mr.Sridhar of Gerdau Steels
• Construction of a borewell for public use

SEWING MACHINES TO GIRLS

On the request of the Village women and girls, Dr.Lingutla donated a few sewing machines along with the chairs, stools and fans required to the Village panchayat. The facility was inaugurated by the Electrical engineer of Tadipatri who helped in getting the electrical connections promptly. The facility is a source of income for the women, paving way for their economic freedom.

LAYING OF VILLAGE ROADS

Apart from the entrance road to the village, for the other roads also Dr.Ramesh Nath pursued the Special Chief Secretary Dr.Shanti Priya Pandey and with her support got the roads sanctioned through the planning department. With the support of local leaders and additional funds donated by Dr.Lingutla, good quality roads with proper drainage was laid.

BOREWELL AND AN RO PLANT FOR DRINKING WATER

Dr.Lingutla was moved by the plight of the villagers’ limited access to clean drinking water and decided to make a difference for the basic necessity of life. He financed the digging of a “Bore well” and the construction of a building to house a RO Plant. The RO equipment was donated and installed by Gerdau Steel company on the request of Dr.Lingutla and Mr.Sridhar, Managing Director of Gerdau steel inaugurated the facility.
